A critical factor in the successful movement of any cargo is obtaining the correct information on the best possible options to move your cargo. We provide comprehensive guidelines and because we offer a ONE STOP SHOP, the process becomes simplified and customers can now make an informed decision.  Customer groupings can be placed into five (5) major categories:

• Regular Shipper
• Commercial Shipper
• Diplomatic Shipper
• Returning Resident
• Non – Profit Organizations
•  

Each category of shipper requires various documents to ensure they comply with the rules governing the Customs and ACT.  For example, category C, D, E are eligible for duty free concessions. Category B can also be considered for duty free concessions based on their investment agreements with GO- Invest and Guyana Revenue Authority.

We’ve learnt in the business we only have ONE chance to get it right so “We do it Right the FIRST time”. We are professional packers and pack according to international standards. Cargo is classified based on texture of the material. Glassware, Metal, Antique, and Plastic. Each material we use requires varying packing methods to secure the items, which allows for cargo to be in same state at the Destination.

We are license customs house brokers; our license allows for us to interact with the primary customs agency  “Guyana Revenue Authority”. Our license gives us the competency in interpreting trade protocols and bi- lateral agreements between regional and international territories. Understanding these trade protocols ensure the correct application is made and in turn the correct duties are applied.

Our connection with local transportation providers ensures the cargo is delivery on time, every time. Cargo is handled with care and our staff are courteous and dedicated in ensuring cargo is delivered in the same order.

This level of service is provided to most of our Diplomatic Shippers; After complying with all customs formalities, the goods can now be moved from the terminal and delivered to a local address. Based on the customer’s request the customer can now be unpacked and all the debris removed. We encourage customers to use the full service, it saves time and gives you the comfort of having things done promptly.

The Freight Forwarder is the agent and/or company that is positioned between the shipper and the carrier. Moving cargo requires knowledge of regulatory procedures and a network of reliable carriers. Over the years we have developed strong relationships with major carriers be it AIR, LAND or SEA. Our clientele mostly consists of Diplomatic shippers. We have successfully moved several clients across the Caribbean, namely Barbados, Trinidad, Jamaica etc., and internationally; England, United States of America, Papa New Guinea, Spain, India, Africa and large importing countries such as China.
